【摘要】 目的探讨人工关节置换术治疗并存多种内科疾病的股骨颈骨折围手术期安全性及临床疗效。方法回顾分析36例并存三种或以上内科疾病的股骨颈骨折行人工关节置换术,其中人工股骨头置换术21例,人工全髋关节置换术15例。结果术后并发症发生13例,发生率36.1%,死亡1例。按照Harris功能评分及百分制髋评分,优16例,良12例,优良率77.8%,可6例,差2例。结论正确处理并存症,选择适宜的手术方法,并存多种内科疾病的股骨颈骨折行关节置换术能达到满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the safety and clinical effect of hip joint replacement on the femoral neck fracture with three and more medical diseases. Methods There were 36 cases of femoral neck fractures with three and more medical diseases, which were treated with hip joint replacement, and 21 cases of femoral head replacement, the rest of total hip replacement. The 36 cases were compared and analysed. Results After operation, complications were occurred in 13 cases, account for 36.1%, death 1 case. According for Harris function score 16 cases were excellent cases, 12 good, 6 general, 3 bad. Conclusions Correct treatment of complication and choice of the appropriate therapy, hip joint replacement treated for femoral neck fracture with three and more medical diseases, it can bring satisfied effect.更多还原
