【摘要】 目的对可能应用于浅表性皮肤真菌感染的中药进行横向筛选,寻找具有抑制或杀灭真菌能力的中药。方法采用培养基药物浓度稀释法对11种中药提取物进行体外抗真菌实验。结果丁香(100μg/ml、50μg/ml)对3株皮肤真菌敏感。其余10种中药不敏感。结论丁香(50μg/ml)对絮状表皮癣菌、石膏样小孢子菌和红色毛癣菌有体外抑菌活性,其余中药无活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Researching for the potential medicine herbs which are active in curing superficial dermatophyte, thus finding out the effective ones at inhibiting or killing eumycete. Methods Deluting individually the extraction of the 11 kinds of TCM at ratio of 10% and 5% to the nutrient medium, and culture the strains on the nutrient mediums. Results The strain of Epidermophyton floccosum, Microsporum gypseum and Trichophyton rubrum are sensitive to the solution of the extraction of clove at the concentration of 10μg/mg and 50μg/ml, but not to the rest. Conclusions Except the extraction of clove is active in fungistasis in the extro-experiment, extraction of the rest ten TCM seems no activity at the same experiment.更多还原
