【摘要】 目的探讨以心悸就诊的患者心率变异性(HRV)与室性心律失常的关系。方法对77例心悸患者,根据动态心电图室性早搏(室早)频次分为心悸频发室早组(10例)、心悸偶发室早组(25例)、心悸无室早组(42例)进行比较,观察HRV的时域指标和室性心律失常。结果心悸患者HRV时域指标SDNN、SDANN、SDNNIndex、rMSSD、PNN50均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001),心悸频发室早SDNN、SDANN明显低于偶发室早组(P<0.001),心悸并发室早组除SDANN外其余各项指标均明显低于心悸无室早组(P<0.01)。结论心悸患者HRV减低,反映了心悸患者的心脏自主神经功能失衡,心悸患者室早的发生与交感神经活性增强有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between heart rate variability (HRV) and ventricular arrhythmia in patients with palpitation. Methods 77 patients with palpitation were separated into three groups according to the frequency of ventricular premature beatd(VPBs) in dyramic cardiogram group with frequent VPBs(10 cases), group with accidental VPBs(25 cases) and without VPBs(42 cases), to observe their HRV indexes and ventricular arrhythmia. Results All patients showed significantly lower HRV indexs, SDNN, SDANN, SDNN index, rMSDD and PNN50 than the normal group(P<0.001), The group with frequency VPBs shoe lower HRV indexs, SDNN and SDANN than the group with accidental VPBs(P<0.001), The group with VPBs showed lower HRV indexes except SDANN than the group with without VPBs(P<0.01). Conclusions The reduced HRV in patients with palpitation reflects the unbalance of regulation functions of cardiac autonomic nerve, The occurrence of VPBs in coronary heart disease is relared to the increased activity of sympathetic nerve.更多还原
