【摘要】 目的总结分析Steffe内固定器治疗腰椎滑脱症疗效。方法对25例腰椎滑脱症患者全部实施Steffee手术,随访12～26个月并进行回顾性分析研究。结果根据Steffee5级疗效标准,本组5级8例,占32%;4级15例,占60%;2或3级2例,占8%;1级为0;优良率为92%。结论Steffee手术治疗腰椎滑脱症可最大限度复位,辅以减压、植骨融合等有效的解决了腰椎的稳定性及缓解症状、保持坚强内固定,疗效良好,Steffee钢板仍然是脊柱复位固定较理想的内固定器之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and analyze the curative effect of spondylolisthesis treatedwith Steffee system. Methods 25 patients were treatedwith Steffee system ,followed up for an average 12-26 months. Results According to Steffee standard,our group 8 case were V, the rate were 32%;15 case were IV, the rate were 60%;2 case were III or II, the rate were 8%;no I;the excellent and good rate were 92%. Conclusions The treatment of Steffee system can reduction as much as possible,add decompression and fusion of bone intratransverse effective solve the stabilization of lumbar and remit the symptom and keep strengthen internal fixation,the curative effect is good, Steffee plate still is perfect one for redution and fixation of lumber spondylolisthesis.更多还原
