【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺肿块的方法及价值。方法分析经手术病理证实的99例甲状腺肿块病人的超声检查结果,并与病理结果进行对比。结果本组99例中,61例单发结节的病理结果为甲状腺腺瘤50例,结节性甲状腺肿5例,甲状腺癌6例。38例多发性结节的病理结果为甲状腺腺瘤26例,结节性甲状腺肿5例,甲状腺癌3例,桥本氏病4例。结论用彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺结节的诊断有较可靠的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the method and significance of color Doppler Ultrasonic in diagnosis of goiter. Methods Analyze 99 goiter patient that have been confirmed by pathology and compare the result between the two methods. Results 50 thyroid gland lumps, 5thyroid nodules and 6 thyroid cancers in 61 single nodular pathology result. 26 Thyroid gland lumps, 5 thyroid nodules, 3 thyroid cancers and 4 (Hashimoto’s) disease in 38 multiple nodular pathology result. Conclusions Color Doppler Ultrasonic is a useful method in clinical diagnosis of thyroid nodules.更多还原
