【摘要】 目的了解RK术后欠矫的患者经LASIK手术后的角膜知觉改变。方法对16例21眼RK术后残留近视患者(RK术后组)和52例104眼未经RK的近视患者(对照组)行LASIK治疗,分别在术前、术后1周、2周、1个月、2个月、3个月及半年时,使用CochetBonnet角膜知觉计对角膜中央、中央外3mm的鼻侧、颞侧进行角膜知觉检查,对数据进行统计分析。结果在LASIK术后各个时间点,两组的3个测量位置的角膜知觉均有不同程度的下降,到术后2个月时基本接近术前水平(t检验,P>0.05),组内相同时间点不同位置间差异无显著性(t检验,P>0.05)。在LASIK术前及术后的各个时间点,RK术后组的中央角膜知觉值均比对照组低,但组间无显著差别(t检验,P>0.05);鼻侧和颞侧的变化与中央区域的一致,组间无显著差异(t检验,P>0.05)。结论LASIK可以有效地治疗RK术后欠矫,不影响其角膜知觉的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes in corneal sensitivity after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for the remained myopia after radial keratotomy (PK). Methods LASIK was performed on the 16 cases (21 eyes) with remained myopia after RK and on the 52 cases (104 eyes) with myopia without RK. Corneal sensation within the nasal flap edge, at the central cornea, and within the temporal flap edge was measured before and 1 and 2 week, and 1, 2, 3 and 6 months after LASIK using the Cochet-Bonnet esthesiometer. Results In all time after LASIK, the corneal sensation of two groups in three sites were decreased, but no significant changes were found at 2, 3 and 6 months postoperatively relative to the preoperative level, there weren’t statistical significance in the corneal sensation of three sites within group postoperatively. The corneal central sensations of RK group was lower than these of control group of corresponding site before and after LASIK, but the difference between groups wasn’t significant. No significant changes were observed in the corneal sensation of three sites between groups. Conclusions LASIK can effectively treat remained myopia after RK, and didn’t affect the recovery of corneal sensation.更多还原
