【摘要】 目的探讨双“8”字加荷包缝合处理十二指肠残端的疗效。方法对2002年10月至2005年1月行双“8”字加荷包缝合术处理十二指肠残端38例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部患者都得到了随访,随访时间3天至2年,未见十二指肠残端瘘及出血。结论双“8”字加荷包缝合术是处理十二指肠残端的一种有效术式,具有简便快捷,并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect in the treatment for duodenal Stump by the operation of double"8" figures add pouched suture. Methods From October 2002 to January 2005, 38 cases of duodenal stump were treated by the operation of double"8" figures add pouched suture. Results All patients were followed up for 3 days to 2 years with no duodenal stump leakage and bleeding.
