【摘要】 目的探讨成年人腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术的临床经验。方法总结分析2002年1月至2004年10月收治的58例成年人腹股沟疝的临床资料。结果治愈58例。手术平均时间60mins,术后3-8h可下床活动,恢复快。神经痛1例,异物感3例,切口下血肿1例,阴囊积液1例。随访至今未见复发。结论无张力疝修补术严格操作规范,材料正确使用,可降低术后并发症,提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the tension-free repairment of inguinal hernia in adult patients. Methods From January 2002 to October 2004 58 adult inguinal hernia patients were analyzed restrospectively. Results 58 cases were cured. The mean operative time was 60 mins. The patients could get up in 3-8hrs after operation early up. There were 1 case of neuralgia 3 cases of foreign body sensation 1 case of incisional hematoma 1 case of scrotal hydrops. No urinary Retension was found after operation and no recurrent cases was found from operation until now. Conclusions A strict operation technique and the material was used correctly to prevent complication and rise cure of tension-free repairment.更多还原
