【摘要】 目的 对比研究两种药物对原发性三叉神经痛进行封闭的疗效比较。方法 将64例原发性三叉神 经痛患者分为两组,采取随机盲法的原则,分别采用不同的封闭药物进行综合治疗,观察其疗效。结果 布比卡 因、利多卡因封闭治疗原发性三叉神经痛,并连续观察3个疗程,其治愈率分别为:第一疗程分别为40.6％、25％, 第二疗程分别为65.6％、40.6％,第三疗程分别为65.63％、50％。结论 布比卡因封闭治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗 效优于利多卡因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and compare the treatment effects of lidocaine and bupivacaine for primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 64 primary trigeminal neuralgia patients were assigned randomly to 2 groups, each group were adopted lidocaine or bupivacaine respectively for block treatment, and the curative effects were observed and recorded. Results Three sequential periods of treatment were followed. The cure rates of bupivacaine and lidocaine for primary trigeminal neuralgia were 40.6% & 25%, 65.6% & 40.6%, 65.63% & 50% in each of the three periods of treatment. Conclusions Bupivacaine was better than lidocaine for block treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.更多还原
