【摘要】 目的探讨治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的新方法。方法分析自2001年7月至2003年8月用锁骨钩钢板治疗TOSSYⅢ型肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折共11例的疗效。结果所有患者均获得良好的复位和固定,患者术后2～4个月恢复工作和劳动能力,平均3个月。术后X线评估复位率达100%。内固定取出后,无再脱位发生,关节功能恢复良好率达100%。结论锁骨钩钢板是治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的一种可靠方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint and fracture of the distal clavicle, Methods From July 2001 to August 2003, 11 cases with acromioclavicular joint dislocation or distal calvicle fractures were treated using GHP and its effect evaluated. Results All patients got good reduction and fixation. All of them recovered their ability of work and manual labour after a mean period of 3 months(2～4 months). The X-ray showed good reduction in them. No re-fracture or subluxation occurred after removal of implants with 100% of joint function recovery. Conclusions CHP is a retiable way for acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fractures.更多还原
