【摘要】 目的观察外用bFGF对深度烧伤创面移植真皮下血管网皮瓣的影响。方法对16例真皮下血管网皮瓣(超长比例)分别在术中、术后第24h第48h外用bFGF(东大生物工程公司)。结果16例皮瓣全部成活。讨论外用bFGF后,能明显促进皮瓣下毛细血管数量的增加,且加强受区基底与皮瓣间血管断端的直接吻合,促进皮瓣成活,缩短皮瓣断蒂时间,减轻患者痛苦,减轻病人经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Aim To observe the effect of external use of bFGF to treat the transplant of subdermal vascular network skin-flap on serious burns.Methods To externally use bFGF(Made in Dongda Genetic Engineering Company.)to treat16cases of subdermal vascular network skin-flap(superlong proportion)during and after the operation,Which is in24h.48h.Results16cases of skin-flap all survive.Conclusions The external use of bFGF makes the number of subdermal vascular network skin-flap greatly increase,help the direct anastomosis of the blood vessels broken point between wound and flap promote the skin-flap to survive,quicken the breaking base of the skin-flap,ease patients’suffering and lighten patients’financil burden.更多还原
