【摘要】 背景和目的外伤性脑脊液鼻漏多因颅底骨折所致,临床较为多见。本文根据32例外伤性脑脊液鼻漏的临床资料,探讨其治疗方法和治疗效果。方法本组32例均为颅脑外伤所致,其中车祸伤18例,坠落伤15例,打击伤9例。非手术治疗19例,手术治疗13例。结果非手术治疗组:治愈16例,3例无效。手术治疗组:治愈13例,其中2例经二次手术治愈,一例经非手术治疗治愈。结论外伤性脑脊液鼻漏的治疗,要根据颅底骨折损伤的部位、程度及颅底缺损范围选择不同的治疗方法,方能取得良好的治疗效果。更多还原
