【Abstract】 Stem sections and leaves from the plants of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana with re d flower were used as explants for in vitro culture and micropropagation. Th e result showed that buds were directly induced from the stem section and the le aves with leafstalks; and the MS medium supplemented with 0.25 mg·L -1NAA, 1 mg·L -1BA and 2 mg·L -1GA was beneficial to the induction of axil lary buds and the formation of bud clusters; and the highest percentage of rooti ng was obtained on the 1/2 MS medium adding 0.25 mg·L -1NAA .更多还原
