【摘要】 目的了解广东汉族人肿瘤坏死因子A-308基因的分布特点。方法应用聚合酶链反应技术对230例正常人肿瘤坏死因子A-308基因进行扩增,以NcoⅠ进行限制性内切酶酶切图谱分析,并结合文献进行了不同种族间的分析比较。结果TNF-α1/1、TNF-α1/2、TNF-α2/2表型频率分别为:0·8869、0·1087、0·0044,TNF-α1、TNF-α2基因频率分别为:0·9413、0·0587。结论肿瘤坏死因子A-308基因多态性在不同种族间分布存在着明显的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the distribution feature of TNF-α-308 G/A gene in the Hans in Gaangdong Province.Methods TNF-α-308G/A genes from normal individuals were amplifed with PCR and their restricted enzyme digested maps analysis were done with NcoI. Results the gene frequency of TNF-α-308 was as followed;TNF-α1/1、TNF-α1/2、TNF-α 2/2 genotype frequency:0.8869、0.1087、0.0044,TNF-α 1、TNF-α 2 Genefrequency:0.9413、0.0587.Conclusion TNF-α-308 genes distribution in the Hans in Guangdong Province is different from those in other areas.更多还原
