【摘要】 目的探讨人类TNFβ基因型在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的分布。方法采用PCRRFLP技术检测TNFβ的等位基因在56例慢性乙型肝炎患者和100例健康者间的分布。结果慢性乙型肝炎病人TNFβ基因频率为TNFβ10.4911,TNFβ20.5089。结论慢性乙型肝炎病人与TNFβ基因无明显相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the p olymorphisms of TNFβ gene in patients wi t h chronic hepatitis B and to study the r elation-ship between the genotype of TNF β and the patients. Methods PCR amplificat ion was performed in genomic DNA from 56 patients with chronic hepatitis B and f rom 100 normal controls. Results In chronic hepratitis,it was shown that the gene frequency were as followed;TNFβ gene frequency:TNFβ0.4911,TNFβ20.508 9;T here was no significantly increased gene frequency of alleles TNFβ in chronic he p atits compared with normal controls. Con clusion There was no relationship betwe en TNFβ alleles and chronic hepatitis.更多还原
