【摘要】 目的探讨脂蛋白脂酶基因PvuⅡ多态性在2型糖尿病发病中的意义。方法PCR扩增52例2型糖尿病患者及100例对照者的脂蛋白脂酶基因PvuⅡ基因突变点,经限制性内切酶消化后行凝胶电泳确定其基因型。结果脂蛋白脂酶基因PvuⅡ各种基因型频率在患者组与正常对照组之间的差异无显著性。结论脂蛋白脂酶基因PvuⅡ突变可能不足以构成2型糖尿病的独立遗传性危险因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the signi ficance of gene mutations of LPL Pvu Ⅱ i n patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and analyse the relation between them. M ethods The genotypes of LPL Pvu Ⅱ were det ermined by PCR-based assay in 52 patient s with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 100 healthy controls. Results There were no s ignificant differences in the frequenc ies of LPL Pvu Ⅱ mutations between the p atients and control groups.
