阿卡波糖对糖耐量减低患者动脉内皮功能及颈动脉内膜中膜厚度的影响
The effect of acerbose on vascular endothelial function and intima-media thickness inpatients with impaired glucose tolerance
【摘要】 目的观察阿卡波糖对糖耐量减低患者动脉内皮功能及颈动脉内膜中膜厚度的影响。方法选择65例糖耐量减低患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组33例,接受阿卡波糖50mg,3次/天。另选取23例正常健康人作为正常组。分别于实验前测定三组的肱动脉基础内径、肱动脉反应性充血时内径、颈动脉内膜中膜厚度,并于6个月及12个月时复查实验组和对照组以上指标。结果6个月及12个月实验组反应性充血引起肱动脉内径的变化明显升高,较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),实验组6个月及12个月颈动脉内膜中膜厚度明显小于对照组,也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论阿卡波糖可以改善糖耐量减低患者动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能,逆转颈动脉内膜中膜厚度,减缓动脉粥样硬化的发展。
【Abstract】 Objective To prove the effect of acerbose on vascular endothelial funciton and intima-media thickness inpatients with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT). Methods The patients with IGT were randomly divided into group A (treatment with acarbose, n=33)or into group B(controls group, n=32),the healthy subjects work as group C(n=23). The brachial artery internal diameter at rest (basal diameter),the brachial artery internal diamerter under reactive hyperemia situation and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) were measured with high-resolution ultrasonograph for each group. For group A and B, all above indices were measured again after 3 months and 1 year later. Results The brachial artery internal diameter under reactive hyperemia situation is significantly higher in group A than group B(P<0.01),the IMT is significantly lower in group A than in group B(P<0.01). Conclusion Acarbose improved the endothelial function and had better effect on normalizing carotid IMT may delay the progression of atherosclerosis.
