【摘要】 目的探讨炎症与高血压病的关系。方法对高血压病(EH)组患者(A组,68例)与非高血压(non-EH)组(B组,66例)进行外周血CRP、IL-6浓度的检测,比较两组间及不同血压水平组间CRP、IL-6浓度差异。结果在EH组CRP、IL-6均值明显高于non-EN组(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP、IL-6浓度与高血压病相关,炎症反应可能参与了EN的发生和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between inflammation and essential hypertension (EN). Methods High-sensitivity CRP and IL-6 were detested in 68 patients with EN(group A) ,66 peoples with no EN (group B) , and the differentiations between the two groups and variable hypertension level groups were identified. Results The levels of high-sensitivity CRP and IL-6 were higher in group A than that in group B(P<0. 05-0. 01). Conclusion CRP and IL-6 are related with EN.
