【摘要】 目的:通过分析高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗及相关因素对疗效的影响,总结手术治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析2002-2004年在本院住院的86例65岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折患者手术治疗方式与相关因素对疗效的影响。结果:86例:优34例,良27例,可11例,差14例。优良率70.9%。Ⅲ～Ⅴ型骨折的内固定失败率(12/37)明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ型骨折(2/49),Singh指数为1和2的内固定失败率(7/25)明显高于Singh指数为2以上者(7/61),而根据适应症选择相应的内固定器材对疗效影响未能明确。结论:高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗要考虑骨折类型和骨质疏松。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Analyze the operative procedures and the correlated factors on the curative effect of the intertrochanteric fracture in senile patients to summarize the experience of the operative treatment. Methods: From 2002 to 2004, 86 cases of intertrochanteric fracture aged above 65 in our hospital were reviewed. The operative procedures and the corresponding factors on the curative effect was analyzed, Results: Of the 86 cases,treatment efficacy was excellent in 34 cases,good in 27,acceptable in 11 and bad in 14, The effective rate was 70.9% in total.The failure rate of inner fixation for fracture types Ⅲ-Ⅴ (12/37) was significantly higher than that for fracture types Ⅰ-Ⅱ (2/49) (P<0.01), and the failure rate in cases with Singh index 1 or 2 (7/25) was significantly higher than that in cases whose Singh index was > 2 (7/61) (P<0.05).The relation between the internal fixations chosen and curative effect was not certain. Conclusion: The fracture types and the osteoporosis must be considered in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in senile patients.更多还原
