脑表面降温对兔脑组织含水量和伊纹氏蓝含量的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨脑表面降温对缺血再灌注损伤后的脑组织含水量和伊纹氏蓝含量的影响。方法:64只成年新西兰兔随机分为4组,正常对照组(A组,n=16),脑不缺血;缺血对照组(B组,n=16),夹闭双侧颈总动脉,并放血降压,造成脑缺血;低温盐水降温组(C组,n=16),脑缺血的同时用4℃生理盐水滴注脑表面,持续4h;室温盐水降温组(D组,n=16),脑缺血的同时用22℃生理盐水滴注脑表面,持续4h。实验结束时取材,测量脑组织内不同部位水含量和伊纹氏蓝含量。结果:C、D两组脑皮质和白质水和EB含量均低于B组(P<0.05),B组高于A组(P<0.05),C、D两组间无差别(P>0.05)。结论:脑表面降温可降低脑组织含水量和伊纹氏蓝的含量,对缺血再灌注损伤的脑组织有一定的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate whether brain surface cooling(BSC) can decrease cerebral content of water and Evans Blue(EB) after ischemia-reperfusion injury in experimental rabbits. Methods: Sixty-four male, adult and healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly assigned to four groups. Group A, normal control group. Bilateral common carotid arteries of rabbits were exposed but not clipped and there was no BSC. Group B, ischemic control group. Bilateral common carotid arteries of rabbits were clipped and blood was taken out until a mean arterial pressure(MAP) of (45±2)mmHg reached. This condition was maintained for one hour, then brain blood flow and MAP were restored by loosing clips and transfusing blood for three hours. No BSC was used. Group C, low temperature normal saline group. 4 ℃ normal saline was continuously dripped to the surface of the brain through an opened hole of the skull at the onset of brain ischemia for four hours. Group D, room temperature normal saline group treated as same as in Group C except using 22-23 ℃ normal saline for BSC. EB was injected into vein to examine permeability of brain blood barrier at the onset of reperfusion. Brain EB and water content were measured. Results: Brain EB and water content were higher in Group B than in Group C and Group D(P<0.05). There was no significant differences between Group C and Group D. Conclusion: BSC can decrease cerebral content of water and EB after ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits.
