【Abstract】 The system of government officials was very important in political affairs.Dai jitao who was the leader of the academic of examination had explored boldly in reforming and constructing the examination system of civil sevants,and got some achievements.of course there are some defects in the course,but the system had important effect on the eight years’war about the national party agaist Japan and on the devo lpment of economy and politic after the National Party was defeated by the Communist Party and occupied Taiwan.更多还原
