【摘要】 在市场经济条件下,教师流动存在客观必然性和必要性,教师稳定又有必要性,我们既要看到流动的积极意义,又要克服流动产生的消极影响,本文通过调查江苏省体育教师的流动情况,分析流动的规律,制定有利于苏北地区体育教师稳定的人才策略,用合理的制度,引导教师的流动,以期为江苏省的体育师资队伍建设提供一些合理性的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the marketing economy condition,the flowing of teachers have the objective necessity.It is necesˉsary that the groups of teachers are stabilized.We must be aware of the positive significance of flowing,as well as overcome the negative influence that teacher flowing produce.The paper through the investigation of sports teachers’flowing situation of Jiangsu province,analysis teachers’flowing law,it is favorable to make stabilize strategies of Physical Education,teacher of northern area of Jiangsu province.Use the rational system to balance of teachers in JiangSu province,guide the teacher’s flowing,in order to offers some constructive suggestions for teachers’building of Jiangsu province.更多还原
