【摘要】 法治社会中,权利保护是基本内容,权利主体依法追逐自身权利的行为既合法,也有助于社会发展和进步。建立运动员权利保障体系,对运动员权利进行切实的维护,不仅能使运动员安心于训练和竞赛,也有利于减少他们通过诸如“赌球、打假球”等非法途径获取经济利益的想法。通过研究,本课题明确了运动员权利的内容体系,指出了影响我国运动员权利保护的原因,提出了完善的运动员权利保障体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In law-of-rule society,rights protection is the basis elements.The rights subject seeking his/her rights in accordance with the law is not only legal but beneficial to the progress and development of the society.The construcˉtion of protective system of athlete’s in China and the implementation of protection of the athlete’s rights not only enables the athletes to take part in the exercise and competition at ease but also is beneficial to reducing the illegal obtaining economic interests such as"Gambling balls"and"Playing false balls".From researching,this research makes clear and definite of contents of Athlete’s rights,points out the reasons of effective protection of athlete’s rights in China,puts forward the protective system of athlete’s rights.更多还原
