大豆异黄酮糖苷水解酶高产菌株的筛选

【摘要】 采用选择平板分离、初筛,摇瓶发酵复筛;从保藏菌种和豆豉分离菌中筛选得到一株能高产大豆异黄酮糖苷酶的菌株——O3。该菌在培养基组分为玉米芯3%;豆饼粉0.2%;KH2PO40.4%;CaCl20.04%;MgSO4·;7H2O0.04%;自然pH,接种量为10%,培养温度为30℃,培养周期为60hr的培养条件下,其酶活力可达388.572U/ml。

【Abstract】 A soybean isoflavone-glycosidase producing strain, Aspergillus oryzae O3 was screened by selective medium and reselected by shake culture frome the depositing strains and the isolated strains frome lobster sauce. Its optimal hydrolase producing condition were as follows: corncob 3%,bean cake-powder 0.2% , KH2PO4 0.4%; CaCl20.04%;MgSO4·7H2O0.04% as composed of medium;nature pH. inoculating quantity 10% , culture temperature 30 ℃ and cultivation for 60hr. The soybean isoflavone-glycosidase activity can reach 388.572U/ml.
