【摘要】 研究了云斑蝗(Gastrimargusmarmoratus)绿色个体和褐色个体的核型和C—带。结果显示:2种体色个体的染色体数目均为2n(♂)=22+XO=23,全部是端部着丝粒染色体;核型公式:2n(♂)=2X=23t;NF=23;都可按相对长度分成L、M、S3组;都具着丝粒C带,异染色质总量是:绿色个体为16.31%;褐色个体为14.84%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The karyotype and c-bands of the green individuality and brown individuality of Gastimargus marmoratus were investigated. The result showed that the chromosome number of both individuality species are all 2n(♂)=22+XO=23,and them are all terminal chromosomes; and the kavyotype formulae are all 2n(♂)=2X=23t;NF=23;The relative length can be divided into L,M,S three groups; They huve all telecentric-c-bands. and the total amount of heterochromatin of green individuality is 16.31%; brown individuality is 14.84%.更多还原
