淀粉碳源环保型阻燃剂的合成及其应用
Synthesis of a New Pollute - free Intumescent Flame Retardant and its Application
【摘要】 以磷酸、淀粉、蜜胺为原料,合成了膨胀型磷酸酯蜜胺盐(IFR);用傅立叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)、热重分析(TG)与差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其进行了分析测定和表征。红外图谱表明该阻燃剂具有环状结构,在TG分析中该阻燃剂表现出优异的热稳定性和很高的成碳性。将该阻燃剂掺入聚丙烯中进行燃烧试验,结果表明它是一种良好的高分子材料阻燃剂。
【Abstract】 One intumescent flame retardant (IFR) containing various phosphates melamine salt was synthesized with starch- phosphoric acid- melamine. The FT-IR spectrum shows that IFR is in the form of bicyclical structure. Excellent thermal stability and high-carbonized efficiency of IFR were indicated with TG. /DSC. It proves to be an excellent flame retardant for polymer materials by burning the mixture of PP and this IFR.
