【摘要】 采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)对烤烟烟梗中的挥发性中性香味成分进行萃取,再用气相色谱/质谱联用法(GC/MS)进行定性和定量分析,并对这种萃取方法鉴定出的化学成分进行重现性分析和回收率实验。结果表明:该法具有很好的重现性和较高的回收率,且操作简便、快速、溶剂用量少,适合于烟草中的挥发性香味成分的定量分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The volatile neutral aroma components in flue-cured tobacco have been extracted with simultaneous distillation and extraction(SDE), and identified and quantitatively analyzed by GC-MS,respectively. The components of the repeatability and recovery of the aroma components extracted by the ways have been analyzed.The results show that the number and repeatability of the aroma components extracted with SDE is good; the recovery is also higher; and the benefits of the method are simplicity; rapidity and few uses of the solvent.So SDE is more suitable for quantitatively analyzing the volatile neutral of the aroma components in tobacco.更多还原
