【摘要】 目的总结应用AF系统内固定手术治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的方法和治疗效果。方法脊柱后正中入路椎管探查减压或单纯使用AF系统内固定手术治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折36例。结果经6-36个月随访,椎体平均高度由术前的前缘34.5%和后缘76.5%恢复到术后的前缘91%和后缘97.5%,Cobb’s角由术前平均16.2°恢复为术后平均1.8°。对脊髓损伤的患者按Frankel分级平均提高1.5级。以上病例未发现有椎弓根钉松动,断裂情况。结论AF系统结构简单,操作方便,固定可靠,在脊柱内固定器械中具有较明显的优越性,有待进一步临床应用证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the procedures and effect of using AF internal fixation system in treatment of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fractures. Methods Thirty six patients with thracic and lumbar vertebrae fracture were treated by vertebral canal decompression and AF system fixation through posterior approach. Results The follow-up was 6 to 36 months. The heights of vertebral bodies were anterior 34.5% and posterior 76.5% and regained to anterior 91.0% and 97.5% post-operatively. The average Cobb’s angle recovered from 16.2 degree to 1.8 degree after surgery. The Frankel grade improved 1.5 grade for those patients who with spinal cord injury. There were no loosing and fracture of pedical screw. Conclusions AF system is a reliable and easy to proceed system and it is with great effect in thoracic and lumbar fracture fixation.更多还原
