【Abstract】 There are two chief reasons for the legal intervention in college student management.Firtly,it is a especial administrative relationship between university and student,which students can charge with the unfair administrative action .Secondly,the active condemnatory institutions in universities lack some legal procedures.So,in order to prevent to students’s rights,universities must law down two essential measures which conclude legal procedures and appealed institution .更多还原
