【Abstract】 In this paper,the characteristics of the R&D capacity of small-and-medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in China are first observed.Then by analyzing the economic attributes of technological innovations during different stages,the property of the life cycle of SMEs alliances is studied.The conclusion is drawn that it is unreasonable to over-emphasize the significance of prolonged life of SMEs alliances.What the government should do is to improve the institutional environment for technological innovations.更多还原
