建设和谐社区的法律思考
The legal dimension regarding constructing harmonious communities
【摘要】 文章从界定和谐社区的涵义入手,探讨了和谐社区与法制建设的关系、建设和谐社区面临的问题以及解决问题的法律机制。
【Abstract】 Starting with the implications of harmonious community,this paper explores the relationship between harmonious community and legal construction,and the problems that the construction of harmonious communities faces.Discussions about the legal mechanism for solving the problems are also made.
