【摘要】 文章在重点分析了旅游资源经营权转让可能性的基础上,就旅游资源经营权应该如何转让等问题,提出了整体租赁经营、股份制经营、上市公司经营、整合开发经营四种转让模式。并给出了每一种模式的含义、模式结构、运行机制、监督机制和适用条件,以寻求旅游资源经营权转让的最佳模式,实现旅游业发展与旅游资源保护的相互协调。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the possibility of the operational right transfer and give particular emphasis on assignment of the right. The author tries to construct a mode for the transfer and considers four models such as lease arrangement and joint stock company, listed company and combind-exploited operation. Each mode is given its definition, structure chart, operational mechanism, supervise mechanism and the various factors of application. Each mode may serve as a framework for the transfer of a tourism attraction. Its main purpose is to create good relationship between tourism development and preservation.更多还原
