【Abstract】 By focusing on the concerns about the construction project management in China, which may influence society stability and the health of the industry, the present paper discusses the relationship between the information construction and the healthy development of the industry. In the meantime, the main concerns about the current construction of project information resources and the weakness of the real estate market research are also analyzed.
