【摘要】 文中提出将卷烟生产控制系统分解为单元自控层子网络、机组控制层子网络、现场监视管理层子网络和综合管理扩展层子网络的多层网络控制系统的设计思想;讨论了基于西门子S7系列PLC的4层网络控制系统的基本结构和设计方法,阐述了基于Profibus和Ethernet的4级网络控制系统的硬件组态及通讯技术。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with a multi-layer control network system for cigarette making and packing.It is divided into four layer sub-networks.They are a unit autocontrol subnetwork,assembling unit subnetwork,field monitoring and managing subnetwork,as well as an integrated managing and extending subnetwork.The paper discusses the S7-PLC-based multi-layer control network structure.The communication protocol between the master PLCs and the slave PLCs is a Profibus standard protocol.Both Profibus protocol and Ethernet protocol are used for the communication between the field monitoring and managing computers.The integrated managing and extending subnetwork utilizes the Ethernet protocol and the Internet TCP/IP protocol.
