【摘要】 目的探讨Lichtenstein修补术治疗腹股沟疝的应用价值。方法对腹股沟疝患者施行Lichtenstein修补术165 例,Bassini修补术100例;比较两组患者的手术时间、术后恢复情况及复发率。平均随访2.7年。结果两组手术时间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。在术后下床活动时间、生活自理时间、住院天数、恢复日常工作天数的方面,Lichtenstein组优于Bassini组,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。Lichtenstein组、Bassini组的手术并发症发生率分别为7.3%、25%,复发率分别为0.6%、12%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论Lichtenstein修补术是腹股沟疝的良好无张力修补法,尤适用于治疗费用有限者及基层医院。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of Lichtenstein operation for inguinal hernia.Methods Lichtenstein operation was used for 165 patients with inguinal hernia,meanwhile 100 patients were treated by Bassini operation.The operation time,post-operation recovery and recurrence rate between two groups were compared.The average followed-up time was 2.7 years.Results The operation time was no difference (P > 0.05). The moving and recovering time, hospital stay, the recovering days in Lichtenstein operation group were superior than Bassini operation group (all P < 0.01). In the former group, complications rate and recurrence rate were 7.3% ,0.6% respectively, compared with 25% , 12% in latter group ( P < 0.01).Conclusion Lichtenstein operation is a perfect repair procedures for inguinal hernia.It is especially suitable to the patients with limited funds and grass roots hospital.更多还原
