【摘要】 目的　探讨Clara细胞分泌蛋白(CCSP)在儿童哮喘中的临床意义。方法　采集2 0例缓解期哮喘儿童及14例健康儿童血标本,离心分离血清后,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定CCSP水平。结果　缓解期哮喘患儿血清CCSP值为8. 39±3. 77ng/ml,与健康对照组(12 . 5 3±4 .5 3ng/ml)比较明显下降(P <0 . 0 1)。结论　CCSP减少导致内源性抗炎机制减弱,进一步加重气道炎症;CCSP在哮喘的发病过程中起保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investage the clinical significance of Clara cell secretory protein (CCSP) in children with asthma.Methods Blood samples were collected from 20 stable asthmatic children and 14 health children.After centnifugation,all serum samples were determined for CCSP concentrations by a human CCSP enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The serum CCSP levels in stable asthmatic group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The endogenous anti-inflammatory activity decline with the decrease of CCSP concentration,further aggravating the airway inflammation in asthma,and CCSP may play a protective role in the pathogenesis of asthma.更多还原
