【摘要】 目的:观察心房颤动(房颤)患者血小板P-选择素(P-selectin)的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法:采用全血流式细胞术分别检测28例器质性心脏病房颤患者(房颤组)和21例器质性心脏病窦性心律患者(窦律组)血小板P-选择素及血小板膜GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体的水平;同时用全自动血细胞分析仪测定平均血小板体积(MPV)及血小板计数(PLT)。结果:房颤组血小板P-选择素[(11.34±3.02)%]的水平明显高于窦律组[(8.42±2.13)%],P<0.01。房颤组MPV亦较窦律组的显著增高[(12.77±3.25)fl,(10.95±2.02)fl],P<0.05。结论:器质性心脏病房颤患者血小板P-选择素表达显著增加,提示房颤可激活血小板,可能与其血栓前状态有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate platelet function with special regard to the role of platelet Pselectin in patients with atrial fibrillation and the clinical significance.Methods: Using flow cytometry technique,the expression of platelet P-selectin and platelet membrane glycoproteinⅡb/Ⅲa(GPⅡb/Ⅲa) receptor in 28 patients with atrial fibrillation(Af) and 21 patients with sinus rhythm(SR) were measured;In addition,mean platelet volum(MPV) and platelet counts(PLT) were measured by automatic hematologic analyzer.Results: Comparing with the normal SR group,the levels of the expression of platelet P-selectin[(11.34±3.02)% vs(8.42±2.13)%] and MPV[(12.77±3.25)fl vs(10.95±2.02)fl] in Af patients were significantly higher(P<0.05),and there was an increased trend of platelet GPⅡb/Ⅲa in Af patients,but without statistical significance[(8.56±4.10)% vs(7.17±4.96)%](P>0.05).There was no significant difference in PLT between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: Evidence of P-selectin increase shows in Af patients and indicates platelet activation,which may correlate to prothrombin state in Af patients.更多还原
