【摘要】 详细研究了莱钢焦化厂煤气初冷系统、焦油车间、精苯车间、回收车间贫油冷却器冷却水系统,针对存在的问题,提出了可行的技改方案,并且实施了技术改造。这一改造消除了设备隐患,理顺了生产工艺,节水效果显著,同时外排水量相应减少,对水体的污染减少,获得了较好的社会效益和环境效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Several problems existed in coal gas early cooling system,the cooling water system of tar,benzol refining workshop and poor oil cooling equipment of recycle workshop in the Coking Plant of LaiGang are studied,and technical reformations are put forward and carried out.As a result,the incipient fault of equiment is removed,the production technology is optimization,and the water-saving effect is remarkable.At the same time,not only quantity of discharged water,but also pollution to outside water are reduced.Good social effect and environmental benefits are obtained from the technical reformation.更多还原
