【摘要】 在本钢现有设备条件下,利用转炉-RH-连铸工艺路线进行BGD钢的生产工业试验。工业试验表明,本钢BGD钢的生产工艺合理、可行,在本钢现有设备条件下可以进行批量生产。本钢BGD钢的成分控制难点是钢中的碳含量、硫含量和[Al]S含量。如何有效控制BGD钢在浇注过程中的增氮问题,尚有待于进一步深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the condition of Ben-Steel,BGD steel were manufactured using converter-RH-CC technology.It was shown from industrial test that BGD steel could be manufactured in Ben-Steel.The major issues for controlling the composition of BGD steel were C content,S content and [Al] S content.How to control effectively the increase of N content of BGD steel during the CC process would be studied.更多还原
