基于热平衡原理的硬质合金压力烧结炉最佳加热功率的研究
Study on the Problem of Heating Power Based on the Test and Calculation of Cemented Carbide Pressure Sintering Furnace’s Heat Balance
【摘要】 通过对硬质合金压力烧结炉的实际测试,根据系统热平衡原理,建立了硬质合金压力烧结炉的加热功率计算模型。理论和实践表明,加热功率存在最佳值,该值取决于炉子烧结产品的类型和烧结工艺。此外,对此类炉子的优化设计和最佳加热功率的确定等提出了合理化建议。所做工作对同类炉子的设计有重要的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Through the practical test of cemented carbide pressure sintering furnace, a heating power calculation model of cemented carbidepressure sintering furnace was established on the basis of the heat balance equation of furnace system. Theory and practice indicate that heatpower has a optimization value, which is determined by the types and sintering craft curves of sintering products. In addition, Some reasonableadvices were given and they will be beneficial for the design and calculation of furnace heating power.
