【摘要】 在文献回顾基础上,分析了企业各种因素对ERP应用绩效的影响,并利用在渝37家中小企业的111份有效问卷数据,进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:企业先天条件、ERP实施投入及实施过程是ERP应用绩效的显著影响因素,而实施过程则是其根本影响因素;而ERP采用层次和采用动因与ERP应用绩效没有显著的正相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on literature review, we collected 111 valid questionnaires from 37 Chongqing medium-or small-firms to explore the factors affecting ERP application performance. The result shows that the exterprise precondition, implementation resource input, and implementation process have significant positive effects on ERP application performance, among which implementation process is the principal predominant factor; and that is contrary to the viewpoint of some other papers. Besides, the adoption level and motivation of ERP have no effect on ERP application performance.更多还原
