大容量实验室中测量软件不确定度的评定
Uncertainty Evaluation of Measuring Software in High Power Laboratory
【摘要】 和误差相比,使用不确定度表示测量结果的可信度更科学,也更利于国际交流。讨论了不确定度的评定方法,并将该方法用于大容量实验室测量软件性能的评定中。
【Abstract】 Compared to error, uncertainty is a more scientific method to explain the confidence level of the result in a measurement, and it is more convenient for international communication. This paper discusses the methods used in uncertainty evaluation, which is used to evaluate the software uncertainty in high power laboratory.
