【Abstract】 The system adopts MapXtreme software produced by MapInfo Company to manage space and non space information, to comprehensively analyze the kinds and distribution and total amount characteristics of pollution sources, and to issue information of pollution sources by Internet, meanwhile, to construct emergency system for unexpected accidents.
