【Abstract】 On the basis of historical data and fieldwork literature, proceeding from the interaction between the government and the society, this paper analyzes the root causes of the formation of SHENG YU TAN (imperial edict preach group) from the four aspects of the central government, local governments, grass-root level organizations in villages and DONG JING HUI (a Buddhist organization). It also unveils the interaction of interests and strategies of different parties in the course of power control, and explores a mechanism by which the non-governmental religious organizations can establish their legitimacy, construct their own living environment and seek balance with the central government.更多还原
