【Abstract】 China is facing a dilemma brought forth by its modernization: the co-existence of risks and opportunities. China’s unique political, social and economic systems aggravate the risks associated with its reform and opening up. HIV/AIDS issue, once regarded as an issue of western world by the Chinese officials, has been prioritized by Beijing in the recent years. Increasingly severer HIV/AIDS epidemic is generating formidable impact upon China. It will be rather hard for the Chinese government to conquer the crisis of this large-scale infectious disease.更多还原
