【Abstract】 The maesurement principle and procedure based on the electrical measurement method for thermal resistance and junction temperature of high power LED and the factors which influence measuring results are investigated.At the same time we design the setup of the test system for the measuring of thermal resistance.The experimental results show that the metod has the advantages of simple structure and good stability,and it can be performed to measure thermal resistance and junction temperature of high power LED as standard measurement method.更多还原
