牙齿松动度位移测量仪的研制及临床检测
THE MANUFACTURE AND CLINICAL DETECTION OF TRANSDUCERS FOR TOOTH MOBILITY
【摘要】 目的:对牙齿松动度位移测量仪(简称牙动度测量仪)的研制和临床检测。方法:1牙动度测量仪应用电磁感应原理,采集牙齿松动位移电信号,并将信号通过单片机与A/D处理、转化,最后屏幕显示牙动度位移数值;2用传统的手动诊断方法将80颗牙齿按其松动程度分为正常组、度、度、度松动组。然后使用牙动度测量仪逐一测量各个受测牙的牙动度量化数值,记录结果。结果:正常组、度、度、度松动组各组两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:本课题研制的牙动度测量仪成本低,体积小巧,操作简单易行,对牙齿松动位移的测量具有较好的灵敏度,具有可重复性及可视性,是一种客观的诊断方法。
【Abstract】 Objective:To produce transducer for tooth mobility and to test its clinical performance.Methods:① Produced according to the theory of electromagnetic induction and digitized single-chip technique, the transducer of tooth mobility can convert electric signals into digitalones to make for more accurate diagnoses. ② In this study, 80 teeth were collected, which were dignosed by conventional methods to measure the tooth mobility, and further divided into four groups according to the tooth mobility status as follows: normal, degreeⅠ, degreeⅡ and degreeⅢ.Result:With statistical analysis of all values of four groups, there are significant statistical-discrepancies among these groups.Conclusion:Transducer for tooth mobility is convenient to test the mobility of pro-and post-tooth in clinic and basic research.
