【摘要】 目的 :通过对支气管肺泡灌洗回收液粉尘含量的测定 ,探讨支气管肺泡灌洗对尘肺的诊断和治疗价值。方法 :选择 83例煤工尘肺 0 + 患者 ,对支气管肺泡灌洗回收液中粉尘进行分离 ,测定含量。结果 :83例煤工尘肺 0 + 患者灌洗液清除物干重 (0 .2 6± 0 .17) g,粉尘含量 (0 .10± 0 .4 3) g,粉尘占清除物干重为 39.6 0 %。结论 :支气管肺泡灌洗对尘肺是一种很好的病因治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of the mensuration of the dust content in the reclaimed liquid bronchus-alveolus lavaged for the pneumoconisis diagnose and treatments.Methods:The dust content in the reclaimed liquid with which bronchus-alveolus were lavaged were mensurated after being separated in 83 patients with the collier pneumoconisis 0 +.Result:The reclaimed substances that bronchus-alveolus lavaged of 80 patients with the collier pneumoconisis 0 + (0.26±0.17)g,dust (0.10±0.43)g,dust was 39.60% in the reclaimed substances,dissiciating siliocon dioxide (4.10±4.11)mg.Conclusion:Bronchus-alveolus lavaged is a better original treatment method for the pneumoconisis.更多还原
