硫铁铝酸钡钙系列矿物
Ba-BEARING CALCIUM SULFO-FERRITEALUMINATE SERIES MINERALS
【摘要】 以含钡硫铝酸盐水泥的主要矿物C2.75B1.25A3(?)(1.75CaO·1.25BaO·3Al2O3·CaSO4)为基础,用分析纯化学试剂Fe2O3中的Fe离子对C2.75B1.25A3(?)中的Al离子进行取代,合成了一种新的水泥矿物——硫铁铝酸钡钙系列矿物。通过差热-热重分析研究其最佳烧成。利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对熟料矿物组成及结构进行分析。结果表明:硫铁铝酸钡钙矿物的晶粒尺寸在2μm左右。Fe的摩尔组成可在0-1.25之间,最佳取代值为0.25,此时水泥的1,3d强度均提高。28d强度达到90.0MPa。
【Abstract】 Based on C2.75 B1.25A3 (?)(1. 75CaO·1.25BaO·3Al2O3·CaSO4 ) , which is the main mineral in Ba-bearing sulfoalumi-nate cement, the Ba-hearing calcium sulfo-ferritealuminate series of new cement minerals were synthesized by a different equivalent of Fe3+ replacing the Al3+ in C2.75 B1.25 A3 (?). By means of differential thermal analysis/thermal gravimetric, the optimum burning temperature was investigated. The composition and structure of the clinker minerals were studied by means of X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the size of the new mineral crystal formed after ferric ions replacement is about 2μm in diameter and the molar value of Fe3+ in composition ranges from 0 to 1. 25. The optimum value of replacement is 0. 25. At the optimum composition, the strength increases obviously after 1 to 3 days. The strength after 28 days can reach 90. 0 MPa.
