【摘要】 对比分析广西与西南四省近年来高技术产业的发展现状、地位和优势,认为广西高技术产业发展速度较慢,没有形成集聚态势,缺乏有竞争力的名牌产品,与西南四省相比,无论是总收入、工业总产值还是在工业增加值上,都远处于落后地位.但是,广西发展高技术产业也明显具有区位优势、资源优势、产业优势、政策优势和潜在市场优势,广西也可以用发展高技术产业来促进经济增长.广西发展高技术产业要加强统一认识,强化和完善政府在高技术及其产业发展过程中应发挥的积极作用,要坚持以结构调整为中心确定高技术产业发展主要任务、以优势技术的自主创新与劣势技术的引进相结合、以产业集聚的发展思路来加快高技术产业发展的原则,优化广西高技术产业发展的环境,培育具有特色的高技术产业增长,形成规模经济.除此之外,还要完善人才机制,科学培养、吸引和管理高技术产业人才,以此来保障高技术产业发展.更多还原

【Abstract】 The research is on the current development situation,position and advantages of high-tech industry in recent years of Guangxi by comparing with the other four provinces of Southwest.It is learnt that the overall level of Guangxi high-tech industry is quite falling behind in the development speed,the industry gathering no favorable situation and the competitive leading brand products has caused the fact that Guangxi is all in backward status at the gross income,the gross value of industrial output or the increased value in the industry.However,there are also many obvious advantages for Guangxi to develop the high-tech industry such as positions,resources,industry,policy and potential market.Guangxi can also promote economic growth by developing the high-tech industry.The countermeasures are as follows.First,strengthen and perfect the positive role of the government in the course of high-tech industry development.Second,insist on regarding structural adjustment as the centre to develop the high-tech industry.Third,combine the introduction of inferior technology with the autonomous innovation of superiority technology,And adopt mentality of the industry gather as the principle to speed up the high-tech industry development to optimize the environment of development and form the large-scale economy.In addition,perfecting the talent mechanism,training and attracting and managing the talents of high-tech industry scientifically should be used to ensure the development of the high-tech industry.更多还原
